Nueva serie ZF AT Thruster

The new compact and maintenance friendly design, aligned with its outstanding quality and all of its functionalities, provides powerful and smooth sailing comfort for various vessel types.

This new thruster series was developed for vessel owners, fleet operators, naval architects and shipyards that want to achieve great performance while providing robust and economic vessel operation.

The reduced oil volume, the resulting higher efficiency and the reduced flow losses of the thruster propulsion result in significantly lower operating costs for the ship operator. These improvements lead to lower fuel consumption and the CO2 emissions will be reduced as well.

There are many options which can be selected for the thruster such as ZF AutoTroll system for a slipping clutch operation, a costumer PTO pump connection, ProVID condition monitoring system and many more.

The new ZF Thruster design will be available in various other thruster types; Retractable Azimuth Thruster (RT), Tunnel Thruster (TT), Deck mounted Thruster (DM) and Stern mounted Thruster (SM).
